Simply register an account, go to your dashboard,choose your plan and click "Add Property". Fill in the property details, upload photos and submit for review. Once approved by our team your listing will go live.
In effort to control Fraud, we require properties to be listed by verified users with an active plan
On every property detail page you will find a "Contact Agent" button. You can send a direct inquiry or, if GSM calling and SMS is enabled, call/SMS the agent directly through the platform free of charge covered by agent subscription plan.
Our team typically reviews and approves new listings within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your listing has been approved or if any changes are required.
Once you subscribe to a suitable plan, all users who want to interact with you will be able to make a direct call or SMS to your registered number free of charge. The intention is to remove barriers to communication without any fear of cost to the client.
Incomming emails are emails that are sent to your email address once you signup,its automatic and free once your account is verified by you.
Outgoing emails are emails you can send out to the rest of the world using your custom email address. This only works for a subscription plan with this privilege and within the allocated quota of outgoing emails.
Yes. All users with an active subscription (outgoing email quota ) can send emails from their personalised email address (username@ugestates.com) to any other email address, giving your communications a professional brand identity. The number of emails you can send per month depends on your subscription plan.
